Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Postup ("the Service"), a web application for scheduling and publishing content to social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Using the Service

You may connect social media accounts that you own or have permission to manage. You are responsible for all content you schedule or publish through the Service, and for ensuring it complies with the terms and community guidelines of the platform you publish to, including TikTok's Community Guidelines.

You must not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that violates the rules of any connected platform. You must not use the Service to impersonate any person or organisation.

Your accounts and content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. We do not claim ownership of it. We store your content only for as long as needed to publish it and to show you your posting history, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

When you connect a TikTok account you authorise the Service to publish content to that account on your behalf, at the times you specify. You can disconnect an account at any time, which immediately deletes the access tokens we hold for it and stops any future scheduled posts to that account.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that scheduled posts will publish successfully — publishing depends on third-party APIs that may be unavailable, rate-limited, or may reject content. Where a post fails, we surface the error to you in the Queue, but we are not liable for any loss arising from a failed or delayed post.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We may suspend or terminate access if the Service is used in breach of these terms or in a way that risks the integrity of a connected platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
